Gems gone away T_T

Hi I'm love to play fashion story. But today I'm little bit angry. I did't use any gems. But gems gone away. Please check my account. My storm8 ID is aying2 & lv 27.

How many gems are gone? Some people have said they didn't realize until they checked for certain that some items for gem purchase don't require you to confirm. Such as the extra order slot which people have slipped up on and also the magic box.

Actually, you'll need to contact support@teamlava.com for gem-related issues. They have a full list of gem-purchases made on individual accounts. If you don't have something that they think you've bought, they won't redund the gens but will offer you the item.
