iPad and itouch

I mainly play farm story on my touch but would like to play on IPad when travelling, is it possible to have my farm on both devices.

IUnderstand there could by syncing errors but I am thinking when farm refreshes everything will update regardless which device I use.

Annoying to have to carry both devices just to take care of my farm

A game/account can only be active on one device at a time. You can transfer from one approved device to another approved device, but the game(s) will only open on one device at a time.
