Nothing shows on racks/cannot get into design

Nothing is showing on racks or tables, yet customers can buy the items that are there...also cannot get into design and cannot put clothes out that are ready to go...help

have you tried to delete the apps and download it again? if problem still persist, i suggest u email the team lava support stating your device and storm id, i found the response is faster by email as the tl technicians might not read your problem here in the forum

I would recommend this as well, and remind everyone of the support email: support@teamlava.com. Though this sounds like an issue that deleting and reinstalling may fix.

Actually, when this happens all I have to is exit the app, shut it down through multi-task bar and open it and it's back to normal.
