I keeping getting a no internet connection,when I have an internet connection. What seems to be the problem?

I think that you also actually have to have strong enough connection. However, I do find that it says that when I have full internet connection. It may be a glitch. I find that it generally appears where 'Your _______ is out of sync with the server. We have refreshed...' did. TL?
