Why re my customers unhappy?

I've just started fashion story, but some of my customers leave unhappy.

Do u need a certain amount of changing rooms and mirrors?

And do u need a selection of different ranges of clothing and shoes and accessories?

Each customer will only wait so long to use a mirror or dressing room..you should see a different color bubble over head with the shape of the item they were waiting for. The more customers you attract by having more clothes means you need more mirrors and dressing rooms. You can also buy another door and cash register which allows a higher volume of customers. So there is no exact # you need, I see an unhappy customer now and then but my heart level stays between 97 - 100.
I would suggest at least a small variety of clothing.

Also make sure none of u tables are blocked. I have noticed some people bunch up tables...at least one side needs to be open so a shopper can walk up to it.... If u have mirrors on wall make sure u do not block the mirror with table.
Shopper needs to be able to walk up to wall mirror.
