No rewarding gems after installing other teamlava/storm8 games on new iPod devices?

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been asked before.

Recently I just got a brand new iPod Touch 4th generation (of course with the new UDID) and installed the 'Restaurant Story'.
Initially I got 10 gems to play the "Restaurant Story" game with entry levels

Later I installed Bakery Story and played for a while.

When I came back to "Restaurant Story" and the gem was still 10; not 16 or other number.

So there is no rewarding gems to install other teamlava / storm8 games with "Restaurant Story"?
Or this is temporarily shut down/not available during the gems sales period?

You would generally only get the Gems when you are prompted to download the app. The promotions are not available all of the time.

If you had the prompt, and did not receive the Gems, you can contact our Support team at support@teamlava.com, and they can assist you further.
