Out of sync?

My resteraunt has been of sync for more then a day now. I can't cook or anything anyone have ideas. I tried to report problem and they sent me here

Try rebooting your device by shutting power off for 2 min then turn back on. Also try deleting app then re DL it and see if that helps.

Nope didn't work but I'm seeing a bunc of people not getting the new update yet. I don't think I have it either because I keep getting all these parts and have nothing to do with them. This is ridiculous of storm 8 to do this better be some kind of compensation.
