Using gems to finish an order

I have used gems to finish an order and got a mastery item/level but I never got the item this happened 3 times! I'm kind of upset I bought the gems and now I don't have the mastery items for it... Am I missing something? Help me out if you can thanks Corrisa

Ok I am at level 38 and none of my mastery items are showing up at all not sure what to do? Can anyone help me on this?
