Summer Surprise?

This shows up at my iPhone 3GS. but my mum can't see it on her iPhone 4. She restarted the device and reinstalled FS but it doesn't show up (Her ID is Lindy1)

I am also very curious what is in it? Did anyone open it yet?

i saw someone tonight with the new cozy bungalow. but for me, ( i am on ipad ver one) i dont have the summer surprise either---
plus it would not let me buy my gems!!

Also on iPad 1 here and I can see the surprise, so it's not device specific. Usually patience works with these things 

I have opened the Summer Surprise a few times. I got a skunk, moose, and bamboo grove. I also have seen the Victorian Manor, it's a house, probably 1st place, and it's yellow.

I know the moose is a 3rd prize and the cozy bungalow is a 2nd prize. Though I don't have personal experience, I'm certain that the Victorian house is the 1st prize.
