Can't buy gems at 40% off. It works on FS & RS but never here. Why

Yes nothing works. Turned phone on & off also. Never have this problem on other games.

I am having the same problem. I have never been able to buy gems while they are on sale on BS. Every time I try nothing happens. I can't even get the gems window to come up. I have tried to Force Close the app, as well as deleted & reinstalled the app. Nothing works! I am continuing to try to purchase every 1/2 hour with no luck. I have emailed support on this issue and only get the response that they will notify the engineers.

If this problem isn't resolved before the end of the sale can TL at least honor the sale price for those who are having problems purchasing?

I totally agree. Now I no longer get the 40% off except farm & restaurant. Glad to know I am not crazy

Me too!! The sale rate does not come up. It is SO frustrating.

I was having this problem....but I kept pressing the add (gems) over and over...you know, like we have to do with the occasional stubborn floor tile.

It finally worked.

I haven't been able to access any Gem Sales for the last few months either. It's really annoying.

Yup not able to buy Gems now they are not on sale. No updates either :(
