Gems ?!

Today (before the maintenance) I bought gems for bs for the first time ever~ (due to the 40% off)

I wonder how long does it usually take for it to be sent to my account? :o

This is what I think, because of the offers, the team is being jammed due to more buyers at the same time that actually the team can't even afford to add the gems as quick as they expected. It's an unpredictable situation & hence, the whole thing now just offline. I even actually doubt you may even get your gems without any hassles that you have to email the team to ask for it.

Once you get the iTunes pop up and finalize the transaction gems are added immediately. However getting the iTunes screen up can be effected by lag and server hits etc.
