Changing another I phone how to have my account back?

Just want to ask that I'll be replacing my I phone in another week time due to some problem with my phone and I'm worried that when I re install the fashion story I need to start all over again..

Is there any way that I can re store back my game? Currently I'm at level 38 and had purchase the gems, did not want to waste it and start again.*

When you have your new device you should be able to do a transfer. The below linked thread has transfer information.
