I want to try again but I am afraid that pretty much anything will be a letdown after this, even though it's second prize.

Looks very nice congrats ....as for me, there is nothing in the boxes I'm willing to gamble for anymore.

I'd buy a cn tower for gems....but not if it was a box ite.. Wonder what else is there, curious to see. I already have two American landmarks in my city. I'm now only interested if something distinctly Canadian is added to the game. I created a border town so as not to insult my American friends as I PROUDLY fly my Canadian flag...

The Taj Mahal is the first prize in the summer case which is great but it is messing up my city as it wont display correctly
and shows as a big triangular sign with a man holding a shovel. Also its a another decoration which isnt good either.

I like your Crysler Building it looks cool.

Our engineers are working on the Taj Mahal issue. Sorry about that.

I got Bookstore, Tech Shop, Coffee Store and City Billboard. However the billboard is so ugly I can't bring myself to put it anywhere. It's just a bad image of the splash screen on a billboard.

Farmerrobbo thx for the pics.. please post more from this case if you have them.

So far summer case buildings look attractive except the bilboard.
However I need more space in my city to put them otherwise I would have to rearange my buildings and redo the city plan.
TL I'm sure there are lots of people who would love to expand, say up to 48x48.

the Taj Mahal is white marble, that's inlaid with orange, red, bleu and green stones, this looks like a mosque:(, the mosque near the taj mahal in Agra next to the red fort

Unfortunately i have not Got the latest Update. Summer Case! Mall! I have booted my iPad several times without any luck. I have Got the hammer sign on bank and police station, but not the summer case etc. Is it a bug? Any suggestions?

The updates are still rolling out unfortunately. A lot of people are in the same boat :(

I've bought the summer case 5 times.
I got the water tower first the Chrysler building,
Then coffee shop, news stand and the Arabian skyscraper last.
The Arabian skyscraper is the 2nd prize.

Norman's original post regarding the Magic Case from way back when:

54% chance you get a Common item (4th Key)
35% chance you get an Uncommon item (3rd Key)
10% chance you get a Rare item (2nd Key)
1% chance you get an Exceptional item (1st Key)

Fill 'em in guys!

Then out of the summer case I got 2 bookstores, 2 water towers, 2 coffee shops, 1 news stand, 1 arabian skyscraper, 1 city billboard, 1 tech store
Gotta love the 40% off sale.
I'm OK with not getting the famous city icons since they are so specific and exclusive to real life cities.

It is in the Summer Case. If you are new, the 'magic cases' work like this, you stock up on City Cash, then you go to Build>Enhancement>Summer Case and just keep buying it until you get them. It works on chance and luck :P
