how to buy gems?

Please, can someone tell me how to get/buy gems? When I press "add" nothing happens.

What version of farm story are you using?
I was using the summer one and wasn't able to recieve gift and buy gems. But after installing the "normal" farmstory i was able to recieve gift, send gifts and buy gems.

As far as I know, we also have the normal version....nowhere does it say "summer". So do you think it's a software problem?
