My app was frozen and when I restarted my iPad and started up Restaurant Story it said I purchased Santa's Sleigh and my account had 24 less gems. Any chance of getting them back? This is ridiculous... why would I want Santa's Sleigh in Spring? Gems aren't easy to get and now I lost 24!

If you have not already done so, you should email the information to TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com). Let them know what happened, roughly when it happened, and make sure to include your Storm8 ID and which app.

Keep in mind this does not mean they will/will not refund the gems for your unintentional purchase.
