Where is my strawberry coffee cake!?

Hi, I finally am at lv 45 looking forward to try the new cake....but it didn't appear on my menu!!! My heart break.... Also no orange bucket seats.... The whole new weekly update just passed me over..... Can some one help me here? I tried delete and reinstall... Twice... Didn't work for me there i am afraid....

GroupMagma says that no everyone recieves the update at the same time, but you should recieve it in a few days
