You just go into the app store and download it. Fair warning though, lots of people had trouble with lots of glitches with this version of the game. Try it... You can always delete it and go back to your normal game if it doesn't work! Your game will keep going regardless of the version you have at the time.

The wallpaper isn't in the design option menu in BSVDE. That's why I was surprised to see it in a bakery. Remains is likely a TL beta tester.

This item should be available to every one in an upcoming update. We don't have beta testers in TL, so I'm not sure why this would be available, but the item will be in the game soon.
