push notification

push notification used to work on my phone but 2 days ago it suddenly stop..i haven't made any changes to my phone settings including the notification settings.:confused:

That's strange -- the fix should be for all games. Have you restarted your device since then?
If so, and the problem is still occurring, can you provide us with your device model and OS version?

Yes I did!
Bakery story works great. So I don't know what the problem is.
I've got an HTC desire with Android. All latest updates.
Half an hour ago, farm story was in maintenance. Maybe that works.

yup my bakery and restaurant did have the notification but my farm story still none..i lost a lot of crops already...mine s htc desire hd android 2.3.3

My notifications have stopped working on a desire s.. on RS. I did move the game to the SD card, but have now moved it back.

Any ideas how to get them back?

I did have another app which started giving me notifications instead of RS, but have since deleted this.

Try turning the notifications off then back on to see if that helps.

Try sending an email to support@teamlava.com so they can look into your game.
You can also try deleting the game and redownloading it from the app store.

No your game is saved on team lavas server under your storm ID. When you delete and redownload your current game will still be there.

Ok..Well i have a Samsung Repp its an Anrdroid..n my notifications stopped working lyk a month ago maybe..i have tried to turn em off n stop tha game thn turn em back on bt nuthing is working..i seen up above someone was old to delete tha game then redowload it..did that work? I would really hate to delete it then lose everything..

Your games are saved on team lavas servers, so you will not lose your game.
