When visiting neighbors what determines the number of coins and/or xp stars? Some neighbors I visit I'll get 30 coins and 2 xp stars or just the 30 coins or sometimes only 2 coins.

Pretty sure just random. I have not seen any pattern yet.

I think it has to do with sequential days of visiting. Day 1 all coins, day 2 coin/star combo, day 3 all stars, day 4 starts over again. You are in a different sequence depending on when they were added but I could be way off base, thats what i have deducted so far.
