HELP and question

First one of my ovens disappeared. How can I get it back. Second, I was at level four in my star rating and I am now at level 3. What's going on?

Was there a sync error on your account? If so, you may have lost the oven, but you should have received the Coins back for purchasing it as well. Otherwise, you may have stored or sold the item; if it was stored, you should be able to "purchase" one from the Design menu for no cost.

Secondly, your Star rating will automatically decrease over time; to keep it at 4, you will need to continue tipping your neighbors at a high rate.

I have invited friends but found out they did not reply and they are not playing the game anymore. Is there a way I can delete them from the invite? Thank you

Is there a way to recieve the gems from the games i had to start over...since i've had my old gamrs switched to my new phone?
