I lost 40 gems and i want them back!!!!

But how were they lost? If you accidentally spent them, we can't help. If you spent them but didn't get the item, keep the receipt and tell support@teamlava.com who will be happy to help.

However, if they've just disappeared, that's different. But you'll still need to e-mail support@teamlava.com. They should have a list of what you've bought. So they can give you the stuff they think you should have. Sadly, the chances of getting a gem refund is slim.
