Alfalfa in my inventory

Very strange. Just finished mastering alfalfa, and received notification of receipt of yet another gnome...but when I went into my inventory to see how many gnomes I had in total I noticed that a had 1x Alfalfa in my inventory! I didn't think we could have crops in our inventory... some kind of bug that awarded alfalfa instead of gnome? Or was it in addition? So hard to keep a current gnome-count, you know.

Bug experienced on iPad 2, iOS 4.3.3, original Farm Story 1.7.4

this sometimes happens. Restart your farm and your alfalfa will disappear and your gnome will be in your inventory.

Happens to me nearly every time in farm & city but the gnome/river turn up after about 30 minutes. :cool:

You get a free gnome when mastering a crop :cool:
