Hi all, customers are standing at the door and not coming into my bakery despite all the food being served... what should I do?

Is anything blocking the pathway for the customers to come in? The pathway must be clear for customers to come in. For example,

You are not blocking the door, but the nest square unit after it might have something in the way for them to come in.

Thanks for the reply Jenny, every thing is cleared, customers still just stand at the door, get a broken heart and leave no matter how much food I make...what am I going to do with my addiction to this game ?! :)

Is your cashier still behind the podium, and is the space behind it cleared? This may occur if your customers are leaving unhappy.
