Not receiving my coins when going back into app from IPAD

When I go back into the app it says I have earned xxxxxxx amount of coins but it reverts back to the old number. Do you know who I should report this too. support@teamlava doesn't seem to work.

I had the same problem and exited the game, turned my ipad off for a few minutes, turned it back on, went back into the game and everything was fine. Hope that helps.
