no rack of lamb

Other people at my level have the ability to cook rack of lamb but it has yet to show up as a choice for me. Does anyone know why?

Do you have an oven? Or just stoves? You need oven for the rack of lamb. If you're at max appliance, put a empty stove in storage and buy an oven. Hope this helps
