I am a lvl 61 using an Evo 4G yet i havent recieved the update with the rack of lambs or the counters. is this a known bug???

Yeah the counters look quite nice, but I wish one of them didn't have to cost gems

I dont mind the gems i think i have all the big items i want.. but i think thos counters would look nice in my place..
