Green bag/box/unknown item over shoppers head?

Twice now I've seen a green bag/box/unknown item over a shoppers head. Anyone know what it indicates?

The customer is thinking of looking into a mirror before buying. If there's one available, she'll walk towards it and look herself in the mirror. If all the mirrors are blocked or in use, your customer will leave without buying, with a broken heart.

The box indicates there's not enough dressing rooms and/or no available path to a dressing room. But casadolace is correct, the same applies to mirrors.

The number of customers that enter your store depends on how many racks/shelves are stocked with clothes. The more customers you get, the more of a demand is needed for available dressing rooms and mirrors.

Yeah, there are two different images, one is of a mirror and the other is of a fitting from. Same idea.
