Where are my gems?

The game says that I'll get "FREE" gems if I download a particular game. Well, I'll download the game, but I won't get the gems I need. What's happening here? Is there something I need to do to be able to get the gems or what?

A lot of people are having this issue. I never got my gems either. Try restarting your device, though, you might get lucky.
