How do you post a picture for the Restaurant of the week contest?

I go to URL and then what URL am I supposed to put in? Please help, also I posted a picture of my restaurant on Facebook, and put that URL in and it didn't work!

Here goes (there are 2 ways, I door this way):

1) Take your screenshot and save it to your photos;

2) Go to the photos and e-mail the screenshot to yourself;

3) Go onto your PC;

4) Save the picture from your e-mail to your documents;

5) Go onto the thread;

6) Go advanced and manage attachments in your reply;

7) Get the photo from wherever you saved it and attach it;

8) Upload the post including your ID;

9) Hopefully win!

There is another way, but I'm not that sure how to do it.
