Pending Gifts were lost on Farm Story after System Maintenance on 5/15/11

All pending gifts were lost after your system maintenance at approximately 8:30am on 5/15/11. I was in the process of accepting my gifts when the game shut down for maintenance, Upon the ability to resume the game, the gifts had all disappeared...VANISHED!!! I checked the inventory, they were not added to the count.

Yea, I lost all my watering tips. About 80% of my farm was watered and I lost it all. Not cool.

Yes i lost all my watered crops too and i even could water again some nbr!!!Not cool !

Between my hubby and myself we have lost water and gifts 14 times in the last 7 days! Now my nbrs are talking about quitting! What's happening? No one has 2-3 hours a day to water x 2 or more! 60 or more nbrs require alot of time! Please fix this problem!

Me too!!! Trying to just swallow hard, & go on. If the timing is right, you may receive an extra couple of gifts? But overall very frustrating & time consuming! A couple of d-bowls & a chicken is small comfort for 60-80 thousand pnts/$'s! Of course everyone around who doesn't play, just thinks your nuts for caring. Aaaarrrrggg !
