How do I name my bakery?

Go to Main (bottom left), Messages, then the Profile tab. The "Choose" button allows you to change your bakery's name. However choose it wisely! The next time you want to change your bakery's name, it'll cost you 10 gems.

Correct. For reference, you also get prompted to name it when you go to another place.
