Does anyone know what the highest level is? What do you get, if anything, once you master every dish?

highest level 96

didnt master everything so i dont know that but iam gonna guess nothing :) other than the normal coin u get when u reach 4 mastery

It takes over 9 million xp to go from level 96 to 97, and so far has not been achieved [legitimately] by anyone that we know of.

Besides earning bonus xp and coins for hitting level 4 mastery, in some games you do get a only-purchased-with-gem bonus:

Farm Story - Garden gnome (female)
City Story - River
Empire Story - River

Does anyone know how to make the goals show up?

Sometes they are there and most times they are not. I have some, but if the icon is not on the side and I bake what it wants me too, it will not register I did.

Ive seen quite a few people with level 99 and once even 100 and 101
