Help my customers are stuck at the door

Help my customers are stuck at the door - they can't come in and there is definitely nothing blocking the door. They leave unhappy :( There are also no customers in my bakery so it's definiely not full.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning my phone on and off and moving furniture but nothing works.

Also my food is spoiling because no ones coming in and my happy customer level (don't know the proper name) is really really low and getting lower.

This is probably due to your cash register being blocked (a good way to tell is if the receptionist is missing). You can fix this by clearing the area around and behind your register, and making sure there's a clear path from the door to the register.
