Unfortunately, it seems the VP that mogglo receives is one that is randomly offered to a few newer/lower level players.

It seems most of us see a different offer for each 14 day goal that contains appliance parts and a smaller deco.

Cos if I don't have the appliance, I don't need to complete the goal since I'm not much interested in the final prize.
