View Full Version : Gems were not creditet to my account in a purchase

Hi i purchased some gems, the first purchase did not go through and a circle game, so it had to close the app and restart it.
But no gems were credited to my account, the other 2 purchases went fine, but the first purchase not.
Since Support is not answering to my ticket, how can I now get my missing Gems?

Only a Support Ticket with the team can help with that. Support typically takes a few days to respond, with this being a holiday week it in the States it may be a bit longer than usual.

Ok i continue to way. Hopeully they answer soon now it's now wednesday, that is a regular working day.
