This is the first time I've seen no option to mine for a dragon. Is this a bug?

This is the first time I've seen no option to mine for a dragon. Is this a bug?

New mining dragons are released at 2:30PM Pacific Time on every element change.

Ah, it seems I've just never been on the game during the time-frame in between mining dragons then. Thank you!
