Finally a prize worth doing the goal! Haven't finished a single 5 day goal the whole year since the prizes were mostly meh. Thanks Anniras, for your great work!

Since they didn't give an obvious reason in the name like Blackberry Baklava or something, I'd guess it's MorMiks which I've seen mostly in Mediterranean/Turkish recipes. If I'm recalling correctly, MorMiks is the name of a powder mix made from various purple fruits and veggies that is commonly used in various baked goods as an addition to white flour. They use it not only for the color, but because it is said to lower the glycemic index of the white flour.

Anyway, that's just where my brain went when I saw the purple but it's possible someone on the team just thought it was pretty, lol. Forgive my lengthy explanation but I spend a lot of my time online in food blogs and perusing recipes from other countries so my brain is full of foreign food facts!

Wish they will be more generous and just give the Jazz Band - 1st Prize instead, pretty sure a lot more will be happier with that decision. Such a classic piece

Oh wow thank you! Actually I do have turkish roots but never heard of mormiks or purple baklava, you really are an expert in this field!

I'm on my phone now so I can't share better pics but if you want them, I can send you more images once I get home.

Having a server issue cooked exact amount of latte needed then when ready and click to serve not counting towards goal progress very frustrating a whole day more wasted on time goal

while we're in this oven I would love for this recipe counter display to be corrected if possible? This is the Hazelnut Mille Feuille. the way it's positioned on the counter is so...unhinged.

Is it like that on every counter? I ask because the photos I have of the recipe appear normally on the counters.

EDIT: I've just done some checking and the Hazelnut Mille Feuille recipe is off center like Daengel's image on my newest iOS devices but it appears normally on the older ones. :confused:

aww i love this! i do wish storm8 would have more people of color in displays and for our avatars, it feel like they're very behind the times when it comes to representation.. i do love this game but it would be nice to have a variety to show everybody in this little world of ours 🤗
