How do I start new game

I would like to start a new game but don't seem to be able to. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it goes right back to old game already in progress. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. I would like to start a new game as well. Can that option to delete the old city and start a new one be made available....without costing city cash???
