1. Why are the shoes from the Midnight Rose collection unavailable for sale?

2. What happened to the hair dress and shoes from the attached picture? I actually could have sworn I've seen the hair on other neighbors.

Right now, there aren't shoes in that collection. There may be some added at a later date.

Also, the other items you mentioned are only available from the Magic Box (in the far-right tab of your Design menu).
