I don't know ahead of time. I find out the goal steps after the goal is released mostly from other players who gem ahead or speed through with lots of appliances, is all.

I'm not sure I'm understanding. Are you saying you traded enough collectibles to make all the parts needed to build an oven but after you clicked "Build It" on the appliance box, nothing happened? The appliance stayed a box of parts?
