Game crashes

Game keeps on crashing, after 5 seconds.
Can't play like that.
Support just closed my ticket again.
Fix this plz. Reinstalling the App did not help at all.

I noticed the more i expanded my Club, and If i turn on the music, the game crashes.
Neighbours also have troubles visiting me .
Could you consider making an update? Or any kind of advice here, how i can fix this would be appreciated.
It's dissapointing no one even answered here.. :(:blue:
