Anyone else having trouble with freezing or glitching of the Bakery Story game app? I've gotten several charges for gem purchases but never received the gems. Google Play said to resolve the matter with Storm8. I submitted a request but haven't gotten a response. I'm ready to delete the game it's so frustrating.
