Did you build a new starship stove? New recipes will not unlock until you build one.

I have to say, this prize is not one that I really love or want for my bakery but it is one that I'm missing in my inventory so that means I'm going to go for it. If I get this one then I can cross the Iced Crate off my list and I love it when I can complete a set like that!

I'd consider this goal a win for the completion factor alone but I also have high hopes that the recipes will be cute, too. So, for me this goal is a double win.
