Castle story not leveling up

Hello All. Anyone having issues with their game not leveling up? I have been playing for almost a month and there has been no change to my level star. My XP points show an increase but my star looks exactly the same when I leveled up to 50 a month ago?-completely empty. I have tried to email support multiple times but they keep closing out my request and saying they do not answer gameplay or give gameplay hints when that?s not what I?m even asking.

50 is the highest level. This is discussed in The Hub.

Yes, level 50 is the highest level and has been for many years. Your xp will continue to rise but it won't take you anywhere. Please be mindful that posting comms with support is a violation of forum rules.
