When putting a mastered item(i.e. lvl 4) from a slot to a rack, the animation shows "+2 (gold) and +3 (pink coat hanger). What is the meaning of +3 pink coat hanger?

I think it is instead of a star for experience. Maybe they will replace the other star with coat hangers too to make it consistant?

It counts towards the mastery of that item.

I don't understand, cuz I actually mastered that item to lvl 4 long ago.

It counts towards the mastery of that item.

Looks like even if you maxed out the mastery for an item already, you will still see the +1 coat hanger (when you order) and +3 coat hanger (when you place it on the rack). This just informs the player how much mastery you would earn by that action, even if you are maxed.

Of course, when you're maxed, you don't get any of this extra mastery points anymore. It's just purely informative.
