Goal allpaper and tiles aren't counting

I've now purchased 4 sets of the new goal's wallpaper and 3 sets of the tiles. The game keeps resyncing and telling me I haven't bought any. If I keep this up I'll run out of wall space and still not have my 8 wallpaper!
