Sweetheart lolita closet items

I can't seem to find the Sweetheart lolita dress & headband (pink) in the closet for my avatar, but some other players do wear them as avatar items, was that an old goal prize or box items?
I'm an old player who started to play again and I really don't remember it

I couldn’t find it in mine either. I’ve been playing since 2011. There was a short time when I wasn’t playing, maybe it was a available in that time, or maybe it was something that cost gems and didn’t buy it and it later got pulled from the closet. I always played when they had goals. It was during the time they had no goals that I slowed down my play to only went I was really bored.
