Sunset swimmer catalog says 2 hours but all the items in the catalog have different times. Is this a mistake that needs to be fixed? Thank you

I ordered a bunch of Sunset Swimmer clothing for the goal, and everything is listed as 2 hr. Well, the glasses are taking 6 hours, the bangles 8 hours, swimsuit 4 and vest 2 hours. Never before have I seen a catalog with four different times, and they all are listed as 2 hour items.

Yes, the goal is literally impossible to complete. The items are technically 2 hour items in the system, but take longer to order, so they expire before they're even ready to put out. I've tested this twice today.

Can someone please fix this bug? Bakery story has been having bugs every goal and it gets addressed and fixed but I'm not sure if any mods check here...

One last swim goal catalogs are messed up. The catalogs show 2 and 10 hours but the individual pictures show different times. All the items should have the same time because it?s hard to plan times when you have limited time to complete a goal. The most important problem is the item expires before the item is ready for stocking for all catalog items that are longer than the 2 hour catalog listing and I am concerned that will happen for the 10 hour catalog as well. I wasted money on 22 items that were 8 hours. I came back at about 9 hours and the whole batch was expired! I want this goal, but can not continue this goal until the problem is fixed because the items expire. Please fix this ASAP! I am posting pictures of catalogs as well. Thank you

The only way I found to complete "2-hour" steps was to use gems to recover expired items which is a total rip-off. :(

It seems production times are set as shown on individual items while expiration times are set as shown on an overall set. So in case of 2-hour set, expiration comes before production is finished.

Mine is annoying me it seems the easiest way for them to fix it is too see how long it actually takes and put that time up for us to see or reset them all to the same time like all the other sets.

I play on an old iPod for the perfume counter and an Android because it's bigger. The iPod has the times in the catalog as 2-4-6-8 hours. The Android has the times as 2 hours until I load them. Then the times go up.

Yep I'm having this same exact issue. I straight up cannot progress because on top of the items saying they'll take four, six, or eight hours, the items seemingly will just suddenly expire before they're even done. The only correctly timed item is the Sunset Vest.

Looks like the catalog is still not working properly. I think Storm8 needs to just give all players that started this goal the final mannequin prize. We have wasted our weekend trying to play when the goal was impossible to play. I think we deserve a reward for our frustrations. Thanks

Yeah, same for me. Everything says 2 hours. There's no way to know the actual time until you go ahead and order the items.

I do think it would be nice if Storm8 gives a special gift for those of us that were really frustrated by the problems in this goal. Especially since the problem was not fixed until about 60 hours later. It would have been good to get it fixed within the first 24 hours. I know it was a weekend but we players should not have been left hanging all weekend.

Correct. The adjustment to the craft lifespan and quantity was not retroactive. I pushed a supplemental fix and have confirmed that the proper quantities are showing up this morning.

I've read that apparently the time disparities are intentional, and that the items are meant to take that long but now they won't expire prematurely. I'll test this out. I've been waiting a week to see the items change to 2 hrs because that was what I assumed was meant to happen.

Both of the new outfit items are not giving any coins (earnings, profit) when they sell. We get charged coins for ordering, but make absolutely NOTHING when we sell them. S8 said this was "intended" when I opened up a thread to report the issue. My thread got shut down too!

No, they haven't! I have a spare shop (an old one as well), and I re-opened and I am not earning anything regardless of customers shopping. All I have are the Sunset Vests because I am testing it. These screenshots are from like 5 minutes ago, I just tested it.

If the only thing you are selling in your shop are items from the new catalogs you will not see any more money. If you are seeing money you must have something else in your shop selling. Either gifts or something from an old catalog.

That is a lamest "it's not a bug, it's a feature" excuse, since this "feature" effectively creates a FALSE advertisement. Each set has a time of craft listed BEFORE you even get to individual items. So, any time-difference past that point is either a bug, or is an intentional misleading of users (hence, false advertisement). And as multiple people pointed out, on Android you don't even get to see the actual times until AFTER you select the items. So, the best course of action would be a) to fix these goals, so the individual item timers match the advertised time on the sets, b) extend the time, so players can finish the goals, c) fix profit returns on these sets multiple users reported, and d) refund the gems any of the players might have spent to complete these goals due to them being setup incorrectly.

I think that I've figured out why I was gaining coins even though the items from the new catalog aren't. I had other items on display. They were blocked off and were not actually selling, but I was gaining coins just because they were there. I have since removed those and now I'm not earning any coins. S8 does strange things with their games. I also have a Bakery Story game and a Restaurant Story game. I have found that even if I'm no longer cooking and selling food and the door is blocked shut, I will still earn coins as long as I have tables and chairs on display. Go figure.
