Seeking new neighbors

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place, but I checked the stickies and the "add neighbors" is empty. I guess it's abandoned. If there's a new one, please direct me.

I'm back to playing after I quit back in 2014, and need neighbors. I don't care about tips, but happy to exchange gifts and take requests for specific gifts. My ID is quetzal_
