Dayime and nightime

I actually think that it would be really awesome to have day and night effects. It would be really cool if there was raining days and on rainy days there could be extra features like a sale or maybe umbrella stores only available hat day. What do you think?

why dont we have an option that we can choose daytime/ nightime effect (with cute shine stars, clouds ;P)
i wish that when I go to sleep i can choose nightime ;P
